Request for Tender Mediterranean Integrated System for Water Supply- MEDISS project led by Wastewater Engineers Group PWEG / Palestine , and in partnership with Aqaba Water Company AWC , Jordan , Arid Research Center , Tunisia , Sardinia Water Authority ENAS , Italy , CRENOS Economic Research Center , Italy , and Jericho Governorate ( JG ) intends to award a work contract for a pilot action through Jericho Governorate ( JG ) . This project is co - financed by the European Union under the ENI CBC Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme . The tender dossier is available to pick up at the Jericho Governorate office in Jericho starting January 134,2021 through January 19th , 2021 . The project includes Construction of Agricultural Earth Water Collection Pond , Construction of Water Trunk Lines and Water Pumping Systems .
Eligible Contractors : This invitation for tenders is open to all qualified contractors who : 1 . Are registered and classified according to the national rules and
regulations . 2 . Are able to issue a Zero VAT invoice : 3 . Are able to provide a valid income tax deductible

4 . Are able to provide a Bid Security in the value of 7 , -00 Euro valid
for 120 days after the bid submission deadline : 5 . Must performed completely at least 3 similar projects in the last
five years . The following additional conditions apply :
1 JG invites prospective Bidders to attend a Pre - Bid Meeting and
site visit which will be held on January 21 , 202 lat 10:30 am at Jericho Governorate office ( JG ) in Jericho . Bidders are encour
aged to attend the meeting . 2 . Sealed Tenders must be delivered by hand to the address below
at or before January 28 , 2021 11:00 am . Late tenders will be rejected . Tenders will be opened in the presence of the bidders '
representatives who choose to attend . 3 . The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the prepara
tion and submission of the tender . Without limitation , JG is not
responsible or reliable , in any case for these costs . 4 . JG has the right to cancel the request for tender without any
obligation toward the tenderers . 5 . JG does not bind itself to award the lowest bid and reserves the
right to accept the whole or part of the bid . 6 . Tender announcement fees are to be paid by the winning ten
derer .
