INVITATION TO QUOTAION Action Against Hunger tackles the causes and effects of hunger and diseases that threaten the lives of vulnerable children , women and men . Established in France in 1979 , Action Against Hunger is a nongovernmental , non - political , non - reli gious , non - profit organization . Action Against Hunger has been working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002. Action Against Hunger , would like to invite eligible contractors to submit their Quotations for Framework Agreement for the supply of U - PVC Pipes , fittings and HDPE Manholes for Sewage Systems , Publication Reference ( PI - HB - 01370 ) according to the following conditions :
Eligible contractor should be registered at the VAT and customs department and has the ability to provide Zero VAT to Action Against Hunger with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificates . Eligible contractor can obtain quotation documents from Action Against Hunger - Hebron office , Hebron University Street , Bilal Maraqa Building 4th floor starting from Tuesday 12th January 2021 at 12:00 P.M ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) . The last day to distribute quotation documents is on Thursday , January 21st 2021 at 14:00 ( local time of the Palestinian Terri tory ) office hours are from 8:00 am until 04:00 pm- Sunday to Thursday . For any question or any further clarification , you can send an email to falashahab@pt.acfspain.org no later than Tuesday 19th of January 2021.A11 questions and clarifications will be consolidated in one letter and sent to all contractors no later than Wednesday 20th of January 2021 at 4:00 pm ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) . No further clarification will be provided after this date . Interested contractors on the aforementioned quotation should provide Ac tion Against Hunger with all requested documents ( company profile , reg istration documents ... etc . ) before having the quotation dossier . Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope no later than Sunday 24th January 2021 at 12:00 pm ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) with a total of 5 % of their offers attached as bank guarantee valid for 120 calendar days starting from the date of submission ; personal cheques will not be accepted . Action Against Hunger is not obliged to accept the lowest price . Action Against Hunger has the right to postpone , cancel , extend or split the quotation Preparation and announcement fees will be paid by the quotation winner . The prices excluding VAT and the contractor should issue Zero VAT in voice .
