The Government of Palestine represented by the Environment Quality Authority ( EQA ) has received financing from the Swedish International Cooperation Agency ( SIDA ) towards the cost of the program " Strengthening Palestinian Environmental Action Plan " , SIDA Contribution number 52110101 .
Under the overall program goal to improve the environmental protection in Palestine , EQA intends to apply part of the grant for Individual consultant services under the contract titled " Consulting Services for the Development of a National Strategy for Mitigating and Managing the Threat of Invasive Alien Species in Palestine " . Duty station will be Ramallah . The scope of work is detailed in the Terms of Reference which is available at the following link : http://environment.pna.ps/ar/files/TOR%20final.pdf The EQA now invites eligible individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services . Interested individual consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services . The application must include : ( 1 ) Letter of expression of interest , ( 2 ) Detailed Curriculum Vitae including information on qualifications to perform the assignment , experience and appropriate skills with at least 2 referees , ( 3 ) Proposed technical approach , methodology and implementation work plan in accordance with the Terms of Reference ( 4 ) Proof of similar assignments , experience , skills and qualifications .
