Charlotte al cana Invitation for Bid ( BMIP / 1 / 2021 ) Construction of Phase II road's network and its related
utilities infrastructure The Bethlehem Multidisciplinary Industrial Park located in Hin daza / Bethlehem is soliciting bids from qualified construction contracting companies classified and registered by the Palestinian Contractor's Union as in roadway and water / sewage class I , II and III to submit their bids as follows : 1- Interested eligible bidders may obtain a complete set of bid
documents which can be purchased on JAN 19 , 2021 and JAN 21,2021 between 9:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the following address : Bethlehem industrial state , Bethlehem Multidisciplinary Industrial Co. offices ( BMIP ) , Administration building , Hindaza / Bethlehem
Tel + 972-22730011 or + 972-22730022 . 2- To receive the bid document , a payment of non - refundable fee
of 500 NIS must be paid in cash upon receipt . | 3- Bids shall be valid for ( 90 ) days after the deadline submission
date , and must be accompanied with a bank letter of Guarantee
of NIS ( 75,000.0 ) , in the name of BMIP . 4- Bidders are encouraged to attend the site visit & pre bid meet
ing which will be held on 25/01/2021 at 11:00 am at the BMIP main office , Hindaza village , any explanation and question from the bidders will be received and answered within 3 day
after the site visit . 5- The Bid document shall be submitted to : BMIP main office ,
Hindaza village Tell : 02-2730011 on 30/01/2021 before 2:00
noon . 6- BMIP invite the bidder to attend " the bid opening " on
