Invitation to Bid " Installation of a new Electrical Infrastructure " The German Evangelical Lutheran School Talitha Kumi , Beit Jala , financed by the German Foreign Ministry hereby announces a tender invitation for the project “ Installation of a new Electrical Infrastructure ” at Talitha Kumi . The new Electrical Infrastructure is needed to accommodate new in stallations at Talitha Kumi , namely a new Solar Panel PV System and a Heating System . Eligible bidders have to be classified by the Palestinian National Committee for Contractors Classification under « Civil Works - Grade 1 & 2 ” and be registered with the TAX departments . The potential bidders should further possess proven experience with similar projects within the last five years .
