Invitation to Bid ( REHABILITATION OF THE MAIN URBAN MOBILITY CORRIDOR - BEIT SAHOUR ROAD ) Second Time

Tender No. 31/2020 Bethlehem Municipality ( BM ) has received a Grant from the Municipality of Barcelona and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation , for the Rehabilitation of the Main urban mobility corridor - Beit Sahour Road , technical supervision by Bethlehem Municipality In accordance to drawings , specifications , bill of quantities and Conditions of Contract related to the project , all interested bidders should pursue the following bidding Conditions :

Eligible contractors should be registered at the VAT and Customs department and should provide Bethlehem Municipality with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificate and valid company registration and classification documents in Palestinian Contractors Union . The bidders should emphasize on previous experience concerning familiar fields of such projects . Bid Securities of 6000 Euro should be submitted as bank guarantee valid for a period of 90 days starting from submitting day . Personal checks and or cash payments will not be accepted . Bethlehem Municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest price . Bidders interested in purchasing bid documents from Bethlehem Municipality , starting on Wednesday 27/01/2021 in order to obtain required documents for an amount of 100 Euro non - refundable . The pre - bid meeting shall be held at Bethlehem Municipality , on Tuesday 09/02/2021 at 10:00 a.m. and followed by a site visit . Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope enclosed no later than Tuesday 02/03/2021 before 12:00 noon . Bids opening session will be held on Tuesday 02/03/2021 at Bethlehem Municipality at 12:00 noon . All expenses related to advertisement shall be paid by the successful
