Request for Expressions of Interest The Innovative Private Sector Development ( IPSD ) is a Ministry of Na tional Economy's ( MONE ) Project funded by the World Bank and im plemented by DAI . The main objective of the project is to empower the innovative Palestinian private sector and develop the economic opportu nities for individuals and companies in the West Bank and Gaza . IPSD Project will be implementing interventions that are geared towards reforming businesses frameworks , as such , IPSD will be working to improve the investment climate related to the Home - Based Businesses through the development of a legal and institutional framework . IPSD invites consultancy companies to submit responses to Request for Expression of Interest ( ReOI ) to “ Conduct a holistic assessment on Home Based Businesses in Palestine " The Request for Expressions of Interest will fall under solicitation number : REI No. DAI - IPSD - 2021-025 Interested firms are asked to request the ReOl document by sending an e mail to : IPSD_procurement@dai.com . Expressions of Interest must be submitted by e - mail to : IPSD_procurement@dai.com , stating the number of the Reol in the e - mail subject . Only companies that are pre - qualified will be invited to participate in the Request for Proposal ( RFP ) solicitation process .
