The Young Men's Christian Association - East Jerusalem / Women's Development Program ( EJYMCA - WDP ) announces the publication of Request for Proposal for consultancy firms for the final evaluation of Promoting Women's Common Marital Property Rights Project . Interested firms can receive copies of the RFP documents on 10/02/2021 only during working hours via sealed envelope . Can didates must be able to provide a valid deduction at source , and able to provide zero - VAT invoices as the project is VAT exempt . The proposals , including all documents , should be submitted by hand via sealed envelope no later than 24/02/2021 at 02:00 pm at the following address : 2nd Floor , Hamoudeh Al - Dirawi Build ing , opposite to Al - Bireh Secondary School for Girls , Al - Bireh .
