Tender # ( 91148909 ) The Strengthening of Civil Society Programme is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit ( GIZ ) on be half of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and De velopment ( BMZ ) . The main objective of the programme is to improve the capacity of Civil Society Organizations in the Occupied Palestinian Territories . Life Gate is a center for training and development of people with dis abilities established in 1991 in the town of Beit Jala , Palestinian territo ries . Young people receive vocational training in 12 different professions and after that job opportunities at the local labour market are accessible . GIZ's Civil Society Programme aims at strengthening Life Gate's resil ience to best serve people with disability , offering them a dignified life opportunity and including them within society . GIZ is currently seeking qualified local vendors to supply a vehicle for Life Gate in Beit Jala . Qualified suppliers are hereby invited to submit their quotations for the provision of the required item .
