Those who want to participate in the mentioned Tender must head to the Procurement Department at Gaza PCRF office in Gaza City : From Tuesday 02/03/2021 to Thursday 04/03/2021 from 8:00 AM till 4:00 PM at the following address :

The Following Submittal Requirements Must be Met ; • Provide a security guarantee with 1,500 EURO , the tender will not be accepted without it .
The company must be registered with the competent authority and registered officially in the tax
departments . • The participant should have a branch in the Gaza strip or a joint venture agreement with one of the
IT companies there to provide samples and to follow the project implementation and maintenance on
the ground . • Prices include delivering to the Ministry of Health stores in Gaza City . • The submitted prices should be in EURO and excluding VAT . • The cost of advertising in the newspapers will be paid by the awardees . • The committee is not obligated to purchase goods with the lowest prices
