The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing of 130 Million Euros from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) .The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( SDC ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Supply mobile caravans units Contract No. MDPIII - CII - 0322024-01 for the benefit of Al - Bireh Municipality .
1 . Al - Bireh Municipality has received financing from the SDC toward
the cost of the Municipal Development Program Phase III , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for
Supply mobile caravans units . 2. Al - Bireh Municipality now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders
for supply mobile caravans units . 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement
using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's * Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers ” , January 2017 ( Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as
defined in the Procurement Regulations . 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Al
Bireh Municipality , Planning Dep . , Email : albireh.municipality @ gmail.com , Tel : 00970-22404737 , Fax : 00970-22404431 , and inspect the bidding document during office hours ( 8:00 am to 02:00 pm ) at the
address given below . From 10/03/2021 to 24/03/2021 . 5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested
Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 Euro . The method of payment will be direct to the acco department
in the Municipality 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 Noon
of Sunday 03/04/2021 . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses
to attend at the address below on 12:00 Noon of Sunday 03/04/2021 . 7 Grant is VAT included ; bidders to price in Euro with VAT . 8. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Bid closing and must
be accompanied by a bid security of 2,500 Euro The Bid Security
