Country : Palestine -WB Name of Project : Municipal Development Program Phase III - Cycle II ( MDPIII - CII ) Contract Title : Supply And Installation of Solar Energy Units Loan No./Credit No./Grant No : AFD : CPS 119701 RFB Reference No .: MDPIII - CII - 0724055-01 The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has re ceived an initial financing of 130Million Euros from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , EU.VNG , GIZ and AFD - ( MDTF ) towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDPIIT ) . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( AFD ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Supply and Installation of Solar Energy Units , Contract No : MDPIII - CHI - 0724055-01for the benefit of Alzawyah Municipality .
Alzawyah Municipality has received financing from the ( AFD ) toward the cost of the Municipal Develop ment Program Phase III Cycle II , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the
contract for Supply and Installation of Solar Energy Units . 2. Alzawyah Municipalitynow invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Installation of Solar
Energy Units . 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as
specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " , January 2017 ( " Procure ment Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Alzawyah Municipality , engkhader2013 @ hotmail.com , and inspect the bidding document during office hours ( 8:00 am to 02:00 pm
at the address given below . From 03-03-2021 to 30-03-2021 . The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a writ ten application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 Euro . The method of payment will be direct deposit to specified account number given below . Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon of 01-04-2021 Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bid ders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 12:00 noon of

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 3,000 Euro .
