1 . Afana Holding Company is establishing a modern
poultry processing facility in Gaza Industrial Zone . Afana Holding Company invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for supplying Supply
and Install Refrigerators and Cooling System in Gaza . 2 . Bidding will be conducted through the Competitive
Bidding procedures and are open to all bidders from
Eligible Source Countries as defined in the bid documents . 3 . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further
information from the addresses below . and inspect the Bidding Documents at the addresses given below
from 8:00 a.m. - 15 : 00 p.m. 4 . Bids must be delivered to the address below
at or before : 11th April , 2021 , 12:00 noon Electronic bidding will not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend ,
at both of the addresses below at the same time . 5 . All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security
of not less than 5 % of bid price or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency valid for 90 days . The Bid Security is to be sealed in a separate
envelope within the main sealed bid documents . 6 . Pre - bid meeting and site visit will be on April 1s 2021
