protection Enhancement Project ( SPEP ) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the con tracts for Supply and Install the Required Infrastructure and Hardware for the Social Registry ( SR ) and Case Manage
ment ( CM ) Information System of Ministry of Social Development ( MOSD ) . 2. The Ministry of Social Development ( MOSD ) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Install the
Required Infrastructure and Hardware for the Social Registry ( SR ) and Case Management ( CM ) Information System of Ministry of Social Development ( MOSD ) . GO - RFB - TF A05359 - D 3. Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts , as further defined in the request for bids document . Bidders wishing to
offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so ; provided those discounts are
included in the Letter of Bid . 4. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in
the World Bank's “ Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers ” dated July 2016 ( “ Procurement Regulations " ) and
is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Social Development ( MOSD ) , Ibtisam Husari - SPEP /

ding document during office hours 8:00 am to 03:00 pm ( from Sunday to Thursday ) at the address given below 6. A complete set of bidding document in English may be collected by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application
for free to the address below . The Bidding Documents will be available at Ministry of Social Development Headquarter . 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon on April 26 , 2021 Electronic Bidding will not
be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated
representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on April 26 , 2021 @ 12:00 noon . 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a “ Bid Security " of 8,500 USD for lot ( 1 ) ; 2,000 USD for lot ( 2 ) ; 3,800 USD for lot ( 3 ) ;
and 500 USD for lot ( 4 ) . The bid security should be valid for 118 days after the bid submission deadline datefor each lot . 9. Grant is VAT included , bidders to price with VAT . 10.
