RFB Reference No .: MDPITICII - 1221109-26 1 . The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received
an initial financing from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , PA , KFW , Denmark ,
SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) . 2 . Municipality of Gaza now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Development part of Al Haj Adel Area 3 . Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified
in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers ” July 2016 ( “ Procurement Regulations ” ) , and is
open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 4 . Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of Gaza , Engineering Contracts
Section , Mr. Faraj Salem , Email : gm@mogaza.org , Fax : ( 08-2824400 ) , Tel : ( 08-2832200 ) , and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:00 A.M.to 02:00 P.M. from March 22,2021 to April 22 , 2021 at the address given
below . 5 . The submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 Euro
( € ) . The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check or Direct deposit to Municipality of Gaza , account number
( 0506300 ) in Bank of Palestine , Main Branch . 6 . Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before April 22 , 2021 - 12:00 noon . Electronic Bidding will not
be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated
representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on April 22 , 2021 - 12:00 noon . 7 . Grant is VAT included , bidders to price with VAT . 8 . A Site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit which will be held on Monday ;
April 12 , 2021 at 10:00 A.M. , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Municipality of Gaza at Engineering & planning
Administration Building . 9 . All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 4,000 Euro ( € ) and shall be valid for 118 days after bid closing
