Municipality of Gaza Country : Palestine - Gaza Strip Name of Project : Municipal Development Project Third Phase Second Cycle MDPITICII Contract Title : Construction of Al Zaitoun playground and garden . RFB Reference No .: MDPIIICII - 1221109-14 1. The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has
received an initial financing from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , PA , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development
Program ( MDP3 ) . 2 . Municipality of Gaza now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of Al Zaitoun playground
and garden 3 . Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as
specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " July 2016 ( " Procurement
Regulations " ) , and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 4 . Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of Gaza , Engineering
Contracts Section , Mr. Faraj Salem , Email : gm@mogaza.org , Fax : ( 08-2824400 ) , Tel : ( 08-2832200 ) , and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:00 A.M. to 02:00 P.M. from April 06 , 2021 to May 10 ,
2021 at the address given below . 5. The submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of
100 Euro ( € ) . The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check or Direct deposit to Municipality of Gaza ,
account number ( 0506300 ) in Bank of Palestine , Main Branch . 6 . Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before May 10 , 2021 -12 : 00 noon . Electronic Bidding
will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on May 10 , 2021 -12 : 00
noon . 7 . Grant is VAT included , bidders to price with VAT . 8 . A Site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site visit which will be held on Sunday ;
April 25 , 2021 at 10:00 A.M. , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Municipality of Gaza at the address given
below after finishing site visit . 9 . All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 6,500 Euro ( € ) and shall be valid for 118 days after bid
