WB / 2021 / ITB / GS / 0002 ( School Furniture ) The Field Procurement Office , UNRWA - West Bank Field Office invites the Furniture companies and Factories for supply and delivery of school furniture to UNRWA Schools in Jerusalem and West Bank according to the specifications and Tender conditions . - Interested , eligible companies can download the set of tender documents from the UNRWA website starting from Wednesday 07 April 2021. http://www.unrwa.org/procurement/tenders - Interested , eligible companies should complete Acknowledgement for the mentioned tender ANNEX ( C - 1 ) and return back only via fax to : 02 5890250 or to email fplo-wb@unrwa.org . - The samples for items which listed in ANNEX ( A - 2 a ) of the Tender must be submitted to UNRWA Warehouses Support Services Office - Ramallah before Thursday 15 April 2021 . - All bidders must provide 5 % of Bid Bond ANNEX ( C - 2 ) of the total value of his total bid against the tender document which must be valid at least 120 calendar days . - Interested , eligible companies should submit the Tender documents mot later than Thursday 15 April 2021 only by email to wb-pld-tender@unrwa.org
