1 . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) has received financing from the
MDTF - AF toward the cost of the Municipal Development Program Phase III , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the " Hardware Supply and
Installation for E - Municipality ( EM ) - West Bank ” , 2 . The MDLF now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to the " Hardware Supply and
Installation for E - Municipality ( EM ) - West Bank ” . 3 . Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids
( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers ” , January 2017 ( “ Procurement Regulations ” ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement
Regulations . 4 . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from MDLF / Procurement department ,

to 17/05/2021 . 5 . A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the
submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of 100 Euro . The method of payment will be direct deposit to account number 174434 TNB /
Masyoun branch . 6 . The Bidding Documents will be available for collection at MDLF premises in Ramallah . 7 . Grant is VAT included , bidders to price with VAT . 8 . Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid
security of 3,000 Euro . The Bid curity should be valid for 118 days after the bid submission
deadline date . 9 . Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 noon on 18/05/2021 . Electronic
bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at
