EducAid are a nonprofit associations and non - governmental Italian organi zations working in the Palestinian Territory . in the frame work of the project : " Let's start - up : quando l'economia diventa social : Inclusive business e self - employment per DCD e Madri di PcD in Palestina " . AID 10927 , EducAid would like to contract with a contracting company for Multimedia production according to the following conditions : The following conditions apply :
The bidder must be registered in the official quarters Tender documents can be obtain starting from Tuseday 13th Dec , 2021 up to 20 April , 2021 no later than 01:00 PM , during official working hours ( 9:00 AM to 04:00 PM ) at EducAid office address as follow : Procurement Department , EducAid Office , Emil Toursa st . , Al Qasr Building , fifth floor , Al Masayef . The Tender documents must be submitted before 01:00 PM on Tuesday 20 April 2021 , at EducAid office . The Tender opening session will be on Tuesday 20th April 2021 , 01:30 PM , at EducAid office . The bidders must provide a check or bank guarantee , valid for ( 90 ) Ninety days from the date of the last day of submission of bids and made available to EducAid of ( 5 % of the bid amount ) as security deposit . Tender book fees 50 Euro pay cash at EducAid office . The successful bidder will pay the announcement fees before the sign the contract . The committee is not obligated to contract with the lowest prices without any justifications . EducAid has the right to delayed or cancellation the tender without
