The Palestine Environment Quality Authority ( EQA ) wishes to request for expression of interest in implementing Strengthening the institutional capacity of the State of Palestine for sound waste and chemicals management and fostering stakeholder buy - in under the BRS Conventions and supporting process towards ratification of the Minamata Convention . Interested institutions and companies must provide us with information that proves that they have the required capabilities , qualifications , and relevant experiences to perform the required services . So that what will be presented appears a description of the nature of the institution / company's work and the nature of its expertise in the field of required services .

The request for the expression of interest must be submitted in the Bid Box at the General Supplies Department at the Ministries Complex , Al - Quds Building , sixth floor , no later than Tuesday 4th May , 2021 at 10:00 am . The requests for expression of interest will be opened in the meeting hall at General supplies Department -6 floor in the presence of the companies ' representatives and anyone who chooses to attend on Tuesday 4th May , 2021 at 10:00 am .
