Consultation services 1. Introduction The Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Jerusalem ( JACCI ) is considered a representative of the business sector in Jerusalem , providing information , services and training to its members , supporting and defending their interests , and helping them to open up new markets and develop their businesses . JACCI seeks not only to provide services to its members , but also to strengthen the bonds of relationship and belonging between the Chamber and its members , both commercial and industrial . JACCI intends to implement trainings through the ENABLE program “ Skilled Young Palestine - Youth Integration in Employment in Jerusalem through Digitization . " Initially , four general topics of trainings have been identified , namely : • 2D and 3D animation , computer animation , cartoons drawing and 3D
movies development • Web Development & Coding • Big Data and Business Analyses • Graphic design + video editing

JACCI seeks to contract a consultancy firm / individual consultants , here inafter referred to as ' Consultant ' to conduct a special market research / study with the business owners to know their specific needs under the mentioned topics . Furthermore , the Consultant is required to provide the outline of the proposed curriculum under each of the four topics based on the market research study . Assignment objectives The overall objective of the assignment is : To conduct and applied research study with business owners regarding their specific needs under the four main training themes and develop the curricu lum for each training course accordingly .
