Renovation of the Uniform Room at the Ramallah
Friends School ( RFS ) - Upper Campus

The RFS is pleased to announce this invitation to tender for “ Ren ovation of the Uniform room at the Ramallah Friends School ( RFS ) – Upper Campus " . The Tender is open for contractors who are qualified and registered by the Palestinian Contractors ' Union under Building construction sector third class or higher . Tender Documents can be collected at the Ramallah Friends School ( El - Bireh Campus / Head of School office , Tel 02 2952286 / Ext . 205 ) starting from Tuesday 27/04/2021 and ending on Monday 03/05/2021 for non - refundable amount of 100 US Dollars .
Tenders shall be valid for 90 days and must be accompa nied by a Tender guarantee of $ 3,000 in the form of a bank guarantee or a certified cheque for the benefit of the Friends Schools . Site visit is scheduled on Tuesday 04/05/2021 at 11:00 AM and a pre - bid meeting will be immediately thereafter . Tenders shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and deliv ered in hard and soft copies to the Head of School's Office at Ramallah Friends School ( Upper School Campus- El Bireh ) on or before Monday 10/05/2021 at 12:00 P.M. Ramallah Friends School is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or any tender submitted . Cost of the notice of invitation for bid will be paid by the winning bidder .
