Bethlehem Municipality Supply and Install Decorative Lighting Systems for Manger Square .
Bidding No .: 13/2021 Bethlehem Municipality ( BM ) has received a Grant from the Italian Agency for Development ( AICS ) through the Municipality of Turin , for the New Urban Resources ( NUR Project ) . This invitation is for the installation of Decorative Lighting Systems for Manger Square in Bethlehem . Technical Supervision will be conducted by Planning and Development Department at Bethlehem Municipality , in accordance to drawings , specifications , bill of quantities and Conditions of Contract related to the project . All interested bidders should pursue the following bidding Conditions : 1 . Eligible Contractors should be registered at the VAT and Customs
department and should provide Bethlehem Municipality with their
VAT registration number and financial clearance certificate . 2 . The tender documents are to be given for a non - refundable amount
of ( 50 Euro ) , and this tender is opened for Contractors and Suppliers that are related to the field of the Tender ( Decorative Lighting and
3D projection ) and have performed similar projects . 3 . The bidders should emphasize on previous experience concerning
familiar fields of such projects . 4 . Bid Securities of 2000 Euro should be submitted as bank guarantee
valid for a period of 90 days starting from submitting day . Personal
checks and or cash payments will not be accepted . 5 . Provided prices should be VAT included , and bidders must submit
VAT invoice , and should have a valid crafts license fees for the year
2021 . 6 . Bethlehem Municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest price . 7 . Bidders interested in purchasing bid documents can get them from
Bethlehem Municipality , starting on Thursday , April 29th , 2021 . 8 . The pre - bid meeting shall be held at Bethlehem Municipality , on
Thursday , May 06th , 2021 at 11:00 a.m. and followed by a site visit . 9 . Eligible Contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope
enclosed to the financial department in Bethlehem Municipality
building no later than Thursday , May 13th , 2021 before 12:00 p.m . 10. Bids opening session will be held on Thursday , May 13th , 2021
before 12:00 p.m . 11. All expenses related to advertisement shall be paid by the
