The Palestinian Water Authority has received funds from the
World Bank toward the cost of Gaza Wastewater Management Sustainability and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for ( fuel supply for the North
Wastewater Treatment Plan and Terminal Pumping Station ) 2. The Palestinian Water Authority bow invites sealed Bids from eligible
suppliers to supply fired for the North Wastewater Treatment Plant
and Terminal Pumping Station 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive bidding
( NCB ) procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Banks « Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated July 2016 , revised November 2017 , and August 2018. ( « Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the
Procurement Regulations 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from ( Directorate of General Supplies ) and inspect the bidding documents during office hours ( 8-2 ) from Sunday to Thursday at the address given below or through the Public Procurement Portal
or Directorate of General Supplies website ( www.gs.prof.ps ) . 5. The bidding document in English may be received by interested Bidders
from the Directorate of General Supplies Website ( www.gs.mof.ps ) or Government Procurement Portal ( www.shiraa.gov.ps ) and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ( 50 ) USD , the bidding document fees shall be paid to the socount of the Ministry of Finance under number ( 219000/49 )
at Bank of Palestine 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 20/5/2021
at 14:00 Pm Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders « designated representatives and anyone who chooses to
attend at the address below on 25/05/2021 at 10:30 am Local Time . 7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ( 6,250 $ ) and it
should be valid for 148 days from the date of bid opening . 8.
