Construction of Phase II / PART 2 Road's network and

its related Utilities infrastructure

The Bethlehem Multidisciplinary Industrial Park located in Hin daza / Bethlehem is soliciting bids from qualified contracting companies registered and classified by the Palestinian Contrac tor's Union for both roadways and water / sewage disciplines , as long as their classification is no lower than class III for one of the disciplines , to submit their bids based on the following directions and conditions : 1- Interested eligible bidders may obtain a complete set of bid
documents which can be purchased from June 10 , 2021 to June 16,2021 between 9:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the following address : Bethlehem industrial state , Bethlehem Multidisciplinary Industrial Co. offices ( BMIP ) , Administration building , Hindaza / Bethlehem
Tel + 972-22730011 or + 972-22730022 . 2- To receive the bid document , a payment of a non - refundable
fee of 500 NIS must be paid in cash upon receipt . 3- Bids shall be valid for ( 90 ) days after the deadline submission
date , and must be accompanied with a bank letter of Guarantee
of NIS ( 75,000.0 ) , in the name of BMIP . 4- Bidders are encouraged to attend the site visit & pre bid meet
ing which will be held on June 16 , 2021 at 11:00 am at the
BMIP main office , Hindaza village . 5- Any request for clarifications should be received no later than
June 18 2021 3:00 pm . An Addendum will be issued to all par
ticipating contractors by June 19 2021 . 6- The Bid document shall be submitted to : BMIP main office ,
Hindaza village Tell : 02-2730011 on June 23 , 2021 no later
