ACTED and its partner MA'AN Development Center are implementing a three - year project titled " Supporting sustainable and inclusive growth in the Palestinian territory through dig ital inclusion in the West Bank and Gaza , funded by Agence Française de Développement ( AFD ) . The project's objective is to bypass the obstacles to development in the occupied Palestinian territories and to enhance young Palestinians ' employability through the improvement of
their digital perspective , which will be achieved throughout three main results ; reinforcing the capacities of key digital stakeholders , improving the access to digital literacy resources for young Palestinians that suit their learning needs and skills gap in labour market , and SS
Palestinian entrepreneurs with resources and tools for their business ideas to be realized . The project seeks for a qualified and experienced company to develop / customize , digitize , and deploy training contents to the Project Platform ( Moodle )

The contractor should possess the following qualifications :
Advanced degree or equivalent solid technical experience in the field of Architecture
and Interior Design • Professional experience in developing curriculum and conducting certified training
courses in the stated specialization . At least 3 years ' experience in the field of E - learning , content designing , development and digitalization .
Has developed at least 5 contents , at least two contents under Moodle . • Excellent writing , editing , and oral communication skills in both Arabic and English
