Develop and Deploy Digital Content in Freelance
ACTED and its partner MA'AN Development Center are implementing a three - year project titled " Supporting sustainable and inclusive growth in the Palestinian territory through digital inclusion " in the West Bank and Gaza , funded by Agence Française de Développement ( AFD ) . The project's objective is to bypass the obstacles to development in the occupied Pales tinian territories and to enhance young Palestinians ' employability through the improve ment of their digital perspective , which will be achieved throughout three main results ; reinforcing the capacities of key digital stakeholders , improving the access to digital literacy resources for young Palestinians that suit their learning needs and skills gap in labour market , and providing Palestinian entrepreneurs with resources and tools for their business ideas to be realized . The project seeks for a qualified and experienced company to develop / customize , digi tize and deploy training contents to the Project Platform ( Moodle ) under the specializa tions of Freelance . The
contractor should possess the following qualifications : • Solid technical experience in the Freelance training .
Professional experience in developing curriculum and conducting certified training courses in the stated specialization . At least 3 years ' experience in the field of E - learning , content designing , development
