INVITATION TO TENDER
Construction of Transmission Pipeline and Booster Pump & Supply and in stallation of Chlorination System Unit in Yasuf - Salfit , Reference # 15-2021 The Union of Agricultural Work Committees ( UAWC ) in partnership with Fundación Delegación en España , and within the project " Strength ening capacities in water management in Yusuf , Qira , Marda ( West Bank , Palestine ) " , which is funded by The Prince Albert II of Monaco Founda tion , announces a bid to construct a Transmission Pipeline and Booster Pump & Supply and install a Chlorination System Unit in Yasuf - Salfit . Those who are interested in applying for the mentioned tenders should receive the tender's documents forms from one of UAWC's offices in Ramallah , Nablus , and Hebron for a sum of 50 $ non - refundable " for each copy " , between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm starting from Monday 28/6/2021 until Sunday 4/7/2021 ( Friday and Saturday are official days off ) . The bids shall be returned to UAWC's office - Ramallah , no later than Monday 5/7/2021 , at 12:00 pm . The bids will be opened on Monday , 5/7/2021 at 1:00 pm in UAWC's Office in Ramallah . Notes : 1. The advertisment fees should be paid by the winner bidder . 2. Bidders should provide a valid deduction at source & the regestira
tion certificate . 3. The tender's currency is Euro and the winner should provide a VAT
exempted invoice . 4. The Bidding Committee is not restricted or restrained to accept the
lowest prices . 5. A site visit will be conducted on Thursday , 1/7/2021 at 10:30 am . 6. The bidder should obtain a certified bank guarantee or bank check that
equals 5 % of the offered bid . This guarantee must remain valid for 90 days after the deadline for submission of tenders ; personal cheques
