The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National
Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing of 130 Million Euros from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( AFD ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Rehabilitation and Expansion of the Spanish Park - Phase 1 in Jericho . 01 for the benefit of Jericho Municipality . 2 . Jericho Municipality now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders
for carrying out Rehabilitation and Expansion of the Spanish Park - Phase 1
in Jericho . 3 . Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a
Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " January 2017 ( " Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all
Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 4 . Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents . 5 . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Jericho
Municipality , and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below at
8:00 AM 1:30 PM from4 / V / 2021to 4/04/2021 . 6 . A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested
bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee 200Euro . The method of payment will be in a
Cashier's Check . The Bidding Documents will be available at Jericho Municipality . 7 Grant is VAT included , biddersto price with VAT .
A site visit and Pre - Bid Meeting Contractors are invited to attend the site visit which will be held on Sunday 25/7/2021 at 10:00 AM , the pre - bid meeting shall be
held at Jericho Municipality , Head of Projects Department / after finishing site visit . 9 . Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 daysafter Bid closing and must be
accompanied by a bid security of 12,000 Euro and shall be valid for 118 days
after bid closing date . 10 . Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before12 : 00 noonon4 / 8 / 2021 .
Electronic bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to
attend in person at the address below at 12:00 noonon 4 / 08 / 2021 . 11 .
