INVITATION TO QUOTATION Action Against Hunger tackles the causes and effects of hunger and diseases that threaten the lives of vulnerable children , women and men . Established in France in 1979 , Action Against Hunger is a nongovernmental , non - political , non - reli gious , non - profit organization . Action Against Hunger has been working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002. Action Against Hunger , would like to invite eligible contractors to submit their price offers for Rehabilitation & construction of community assets for Schools in West Bank ( Publication Reference : PI - HB 01457 ) , according to the following conditions :
Eligible contractor should be registered with the VAT and customs depart ment and has the ability to provide Zero VAT invoice to Action Against Hun
ger with their VAT Number registration and financial clearance certificate . • Eligible contractor can obtain quotation request documents from Action
Against Hunger Hebron office- Hebron University Street , Bilal Maraqa Building 4th floor , or by sending an email to falashahab@pt.acfspain.org starting from Sunday , July 4th , 2021 , at 12:00 pm ( local time of the Palestin ian Territory ) . The last day to distribute quotation requests documents is on Monday , 12th July 2021 at 2:00 pm ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) , office hours are from 8:00 am until 16:00 pm - Sunday to Thursday . Interested contractors on the aforementioned quotation should provide Ac tion Against Hunger with all requested documents before having the quota tion dossier . For more information on this regard , please send an email to falashahab@pt.acfspain.org during the formal working hours . A clarification meeting and site visit attendance will be considered one of the scoring criteria stated in the quotation request page No.4 and it will be split into two days , the first one will be on in South of West Bank on Thursday 8th of July , 2021 at 10:00 am ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) whereas the second one will be in the North and central of West Bank , and it will be held on Sunday 11th of July 2021 at 11:00 am ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) , Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope no later than Wednesday 14th July 2021 at 12:00 am ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) attached with bank guarantee with a valid for 90 calendar days starting from the date of submission ; personal cheques will not be accepted . Due to the current healthy situation following the spread of Corona- virus , there will be no public quotation opening session following Palestinian Min istry of Health instructions to maintain your health and safety . Action Against Hunger is not obliged to accept the lowest price . Action Against Hunger has the right to postpone , cancel , extend or split the quotation request and to award the lots to different contractors . Preparation and newspaper announcement fees will be paid by the quotation winner . The prices excluding VAT and the contractor should be able to issue Zero VAT invoice .
