The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National
Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing of 130Million Euros from the World Bank International Development Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd of
the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( AFD ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Rehabilitation and Paving Internal Roads in Qabatia.for Qabatia Municipality . Contract No
MDPIII - CII - 0222013-01 for the benefit of Qabatia Municipality . 2. Qabatia Municipality now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified
bidders for carrying out Rehabilitation and Paving Internal Roads in
Qabatia . 3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using
Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's “ Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers ” January 2017 ( " Procurement Regulations ” ) ,
and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 4. Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents . 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Qabatia
Municipality , and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below at
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM from 5 / 07 / 2021to 1/08/2021 . 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English
may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and
a non refundable fee 100 Euro . The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check or Direct deposit to Municipality account number ( 675000 ) in Palestine Bank ) . The Bidding Documents will be available at Qabatia
Municipality 7. Grant is VAT included , bidders to price with VAT . 8. A site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting Contractors are invited to attend the site visit
which will be held on 18/7/2021 at 10:00 AM , the pre - bid meeting shall be held
at Qabatia Municipality , Engineering department / after finishing site visit . 9. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 after Bid closing and must be accompanied
by a bid security of 10,000 Euro and shall be valid for 118 days after bid

upon payment of a
closing date .
10. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 Noon on 3-08
2021. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be
opened physically in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 12:00 Noon on 3-08-2021 . 11. The address referred to above is : at Qabatia Municipality , Engineering department
