Expression of Interest ( EOI )
For Treasury Management System The Palestine Monetary Authority ( PMA ) is the central bank of Palestine established by the Palestine Legislative Counsel Law No. 2 of 1997. One of the crucial responsibilities of the PMA is to manage the regulatory reserve held for financial stability purposes denominated in USD , EUR , JOD , and ILS currencies . Additionally , the PMA offers a liquidity window to participants in the banking sector by accepting funds or by extending collateralized loans . Currently , the PMA is in the process of procuring a market standard Treasury Management System ( TMS ) to automate key operational processes for the management of its foreign reserves . Processes include trade entry , cash and position management , pre and post compliance monitoring , performance and risk analytics , benchmark management , trade confirmation , trade settlements , accounting , reconciliation , data / positions management and reporting . The system must also integrate with PMA's current systems and applications , such as Oracle EBS , SWIFT , its Real Time Gross Settlements System ( RTGS ) , Bloomberg and Reuters . Consequently , the PMA is issuing a Request For Information ( RFI ) document to align its business and technical requirements to existing functionality available in the market and estimate a budgetary allocation .
