Al Karmel Municipality Grant No .: ENI / 2020 / 410-568 Project Name : Area C Development Program in West Bank Sub - Project Name : Construction of the Secondary Girls School in Ma'een 1 . The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the
Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received a grant from European Union ( EU ) towards the “ Development of area C / West Bank ” . This project is located under the umbrella of the " Development of area C / West Bank ” funded by Denmark through the European Union . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) as an implementation agency intends to use part of the grant for the : Construction of the Secondary Girls School in Ma'een . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( EU ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Construction of the Secondary Girls School in Ma'een No : ENI / 2020 / 410-568 - Ma'een - 6.2.8 for
the benefit of Al Karmel Municipality 2. Al Karmel Municipality Council now invites sealed bids from
eligible and qualified bidders for carrying out - Construction of the
Secondary Girls School in Ma'een 3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding
( NCB ) procedures specified in the MDLF Procurement Manual which is based on the World Bank's Guidelines and is open to all bidders
from Eligible Source Countries , as defined in the Bidding Documents . 4. Qualifications requirements are presented in the Biding Documents . 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Al Karmel
Municipality ; inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given
below 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 noon from 08/07/2021 to 05/08/2021 . 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee 150 Euro . The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check or Direct deposit to Municipality account number ( 26000 ) in the housing Bank for trade & finance - Yatta branch The Bidding Documents will be available at
Al Karmel Municipality 7. Grant is VAT excluded . Bidders to price without VAT . 8. A site Visit and Pre - Bid Meeting : Contractors are invited to attend the site
visit which will be held on 27 0712021 at 10:00 am , the pre - bid meeting
shall be held at Al Karmel Municipality , after finishing site visit . 9. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 after Bid closing and must be
accompanied by a bid security of 12,000 Euro and shall be valid for
118 days after bid closing date . 10. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 pm
