Program name and description Since 2014 , the Middle East Investment Initiative ( MEII ) has been managing a SME technical assistance program in Palestine . The Technical Assistance Program ( TAP ) in conjunction with a Tamweeli platform were designed to increase access to finance and enhance financial literacy of MSMEs in the marginalized areas of the Gaza Strip , East Jerusalem and Area C of the West Bank . Overall objectives MEll is seeking qualified independent marketing and advertisement companies to provide marketing and promotion services of MEll's TAP and Tamweeli platform , in the West Bank and Gaza , to help reaching out new beneficiaries from micro , small , and medium enterprises with special targeting of female and youth entrepreneurs and businesses .

Eligibility All local registered companies that provide marketing and advertisement services for similar services , are eligible to apply . Eligible and interested companies can request the detailed Request for Quotation ( RFQ ) by sending their brief profile highlighting their experience in the field to the email below .

Deadline for submitting the RFQ August 10 , 2021 .
