Real Estate Registration Project ( RERP ) Hardware for Digitization of Real Estate Records ( PLA Data Center Expansion and Disaster
Recovery Site ) Grant No .: TF - B0359 Reference No .: GZ - PLA - 150734 - GO - RFB 1. The Palestinian Liberation Organization has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Real
Estate Registration Project ( RERP ) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts
for Hardware for Digitization of Real Estate Records ( PLA Data centre Expansion and Disaster Recovery Site ) 2. The Palestinian Land Authority ( PLA ) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Hardware for Digitization
of Real Estate Records ( PLA Data centre Expansion and Disaster Recovery Site ) . The bid is comprised of the fol lowing Two Lots : Lot No. 1 : DR Site Solution with Backup . Ref . No .: GZ - PLA - 150734 - GO - RFB - A Lot No. 2 : PLA Main Site Expansion .
Ref . No .: GZ - PLA - 150734 - GO - RFB - B 3. Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts , as further defined in the request for bids document . Bidders wishing to
offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so ; provided those discounts
are included in the Letter of Bid . 4. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified
in the World Bank's “ Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " dated July 2016 ( “ Procurement Regulations " )
and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Palestinian Land Authority ( PLA ) , Nihad Awad
RERP / Project Manager -Mobile : 00970-597917895 or Wedad Malak- RERP / Procurement Specialist -Mobile : 00970-598725251 , and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:00 am to 03:00 pm ( from Sunday to
Thursday ) at the address given below 6. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a
written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 200 US Dollar . The method of payment will be in a Cashier's Check or direct deposit to Palestinian Land Authority ( PLA ) -Account number PS65PALS0458021900000 13001049 At Bank of Palestine / Ramallah branch . The Bidding Documents will be
available at Palestinian Land Authority ( PLA ) Headquarter . 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon on September 12 , 2021 Electronic Bidding will
not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated
representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on September 12 , 2021 @ 12:00 noon . 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a " Bid Security " of 12,000 USD for Lot ( 1 ) ; 4,000 USD for Lot ( 2 ) . The bid
security should be valid for 118 days after the bid submission deadline date for each lot . 9. Grant is VAT included , bidders to price with VAT .
