Invitation for Bids Name of Procuring Entity : Palestinian Energy & Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) Bidding Process Name : Building MV Lines to cover the Electricity Shortage - Tulkarm Bidding Process Number : PEA - MOF / 13-2021

1- The Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) intends to apply part of the
proceeds under Managing and Developing Traditional Energy Sources ( 5813 ) financed by Ministry of Finance ( MOF ) toward payment under the Contract of Building MV Lines to cover the Electricity
Shortage - Tulkarm 2- The Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority ( PENRA ) now invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for participating in the civil work bid of Building MV Lines to cover the Electricity
Shortage - Tulkarm 3- Public bidding will be conducted through a request for competitive bids " National " in accordance
with the provisions of “ Public Procurement Law No.8 of 2014 and its implementing regulations ” and is open to all eligible bidders . The required qualifications for the successful Bidder are specified
in the Bidding Documents . 4- Interested eligible bidders may inspect the Bidding Documents through the Public Procurement Portal
and can also obtain further information from Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority
( PENRA ) at the address given below , from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm from Sunday to Thursday . 5- A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address given
below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of 100 USD . The method of payment will be by deposit in the following bank account :

Swift Code : PALSPS 22 6- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1/09/2021 at 12:00 pm ( local time ) .
Electronic bidding will not be permitted . Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after the final
date for Bid Submission . 7- All bids must be accompanied by a “ Bid Security ” according to the forms and conditions provided
in the Bidding Documents . 8- Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders ' designated
representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 1/09/2021 at 12:00 pm ( local
