Name of Procuring Entity : The Coastal Municipalities Water Utility Bidding Process Name : Repairing Water and Wastewater Networks in Gaza and Beit Lahia Municipal areas . Bidding Process Number : CMWU - OXFAM- NCB / W - 001 / 2021 1. The Coastal Municipalities Water Utility ( CMWU ) has received a grant from The Dutch Relief Alliance ( DRA )
toward the cost of Dutch NGO's Joint Humanitarian Response for Gaza , and intends to apply part of the pro ceeds of this grant to payments under contract for Repairing Water and Wastewater Networks in Gaza and Beit Lahia Municipal areas . The CMWU is interested in execution and supervision of the implementation of the
Project . 2. The CMWU invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders registered within the official authorities and
be officially registered in tax authorities . 3. Public bidding will be conducted through a request for competitive bids “ National ” in accordance with the
provisions of “ Public Procurement Law No.8 of 2014 and its Implementing Regulations " and is open to all
eligible bidders . The required qualifications for the successful Bidder are specified in the Bidding Documents . 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders from CMWU main
office ( Address mentioned below ) starting from 29 July 2021 ( from 08:30 AM to 3:00 PM from Sunday to
Thursday ) , E - mail : cmwu@cmwu.ps . 5. Pre - bid meeting followed by site visit will be held on 05 August 2021 at 10:00 AM at CMWU main office . 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 13:00 local time , 12 August 2021. Electronic bidding
will not be permitted . Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after the final date for Bid Submission . 7. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security with an amount of 12,000 Euro and shall be valid for a period
28 days after the bid validity period . 8. Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders ' designated representa
tives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 13:00 local time , 12 August 2021 . 9. The contractor should provide a stamped ( Zero - VAT ) invoice . 10. The cost of announcement will be paid by the successful bidder . 11. The address referred to above is :
