INVITATION TO QUOTATION Action Against Hunger tackles the causes and effects of hunger and diseases that threaten the lives of vulnerable children , women and men . Established in France in 1979 , Action Against Hunger is a nongovernmental , non - political , non - religious , non - profit organization . Action Against Hunger has been work ing in the Palestinian Territory since 2002. Action Against Hunger , would like to invite eligible contractors to submit their price offers for the supply and installation of mobile latrines in West Bank ( Publication Reference : PI - HB 01470 ) , according to the following conditions :
Eligible contractor should be registered with the VAT and customs depart ment and has the ability to provide Zero VAT invoice to Action Against Hunger with their VAT Number registration and financial clearance certifi cate . Eligible contractor can obtain quotation request documents from Action Against Hunger Hebron office- Hebron University Street , Bilal Maraqa Building 4th floor , or by sending an email to falashahab@pt.acfspain.org starting from Monday , August 2nd , 2021 , at 11:00 am ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) . The last day to distribute quotation requests docu ments is on Monday , 9th August 2021 at 4:00 pm ( local time of the Pales tinian Territory ) , office hours are from 8:00 am until 16:00 pm - Sunday
to Thursday . • Interested contractors on the aforementioned quotation should provide Ac
tion Against Hunger with all requested documents before having the quota tion dossier . For more information on this regard , please send an email to falashahab@pt.acfspain.org during the formal working hours . The clarification meeting attendance will be considered one of the scoring criteria stated in the quotation request page No.4 . The clarification meeting will be held at Action Against Hunger office , which is located at Hebron University Street , Bilal Maraqa Building 4th floor on Sunday , August 8th , 2021 at 12:00 am ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) . Eligible contractors should submit their offers in a sealed envelope no later than Wednesday 11th August 2021 at 12:00 am ( local time of the Palestinian Territory ) attached with bank guarantee valid for 90 calendar days starting
from the date of submission ; personal cheques will not be accepted . • Due to the current healthy situation following the spread of Corona- vi
rus , there will be no public quotation opening session following Palestinian
Ministry of Health instructions to maintain your health and safety . • Action Against Hunger is not obliged to accept the lowest price . • Action Against Hunger has the right to postpone , cancel , extend or split the
quotation request . Preparation and newspaper announcement fees will be paid by the quota tion winner . The prices excluding VAT and the contractor should be able to issue Zero VAT invoice .
