( One - Envelope Bidding Process ) Country : Palestine Name of Project : Municipal Development Program Phase III - Cycle II ( MDPIII - CII ) Contract Title : Supply and Install Electrical Solar Photovoltaic System RFB Reference No .: MDPIII - CII - 0223010-01 The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing of 130 Million Euros from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3 phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) .The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( AFD ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Supply and Install Electrical Solar Photovoltaic SystemContract No : MDPIII - CII- 022301001- for the benefit of Marj Ibn Amer Joint Municipality . Marj Ibn Amer Joint Municipality has received financing from the AFD toward the cost of the Municipal Development Program Phase III , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Install Electrical Solar Photovoltaic System Marj Ibn Amer Joint Municipality now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Install Electrical Solar Photovoltaic System Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's “ Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers ” , January 2017 ( “ Procurement Regulations ” ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Marj Ibn Amer Joint Municipality , Engineering Department- Email : jscfpad@yahoo.com , Tel : 00972411665 , 00972411493 , Fax : 00972413045 ) , and inspect the bidding document during office hours ( 8:00 am to02 : 00pm ) at the address given below . From 42021 / 08 / to 31/08/2021 . The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 Euro . The method of payment will be direct deposit to specified account number given below . A Pre - Bid Meeting : suppliers are invited to attend the meeting that will be held on Monday 162021 / 08 / at 11:00 AM , the pre - bid meeting shall be held at Marj Ibn Amer Joint Municipality . Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon of 22021 / 09 / . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted . Late Bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 12:00 noon of 2/09/2021 Grant is VAT included ; bidders to price with VAT . Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 8,000 Euro .
