Announcement for tender # : ACT002 / 2021 Supply of laptop computers and Electronic devices MA'AN Development Center , in partnership with ACTED , imple ments a project to promote sustainable development in the Palestin ian territories through digital inclusion , funded by the French Agen cy for Development AFD and partial funding through the southern governorates in France , And according to the following conditions : 1. The supplier must have an approved and duly valid commer
cial registry and registered with the official government depart
ments . 2. The supplier must have completed similar projects during a pre
vious period of not less than three years . | 3. To have an efficient technical and administrative apparatus to
implement the project . 4. To have the ability to provide all the necessary equipment's that
meets the needs of the project . 5. To have the capacity and good financial position . 6. To have the ability to file a zero tax invoice and deduct a valid
source for the value of the executed works . 7. The supplier should be able to reach the project sites at all times
without any obstacles and according to what the project super
vising staff requests from him . 8. Submit all necessary documents as part of the tender and con
firm all the above requirements . 9. A copy of the owner's ID must be provided You can obtain the tender documents by requesting the copy via email shown below , starting Thursday 05.08.2021 until Thursday 12.08.2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. , Tenders are submitted at the headquarters MA’AN Center / Ramallah only , in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the tender no later than Monday , 16.08.2021 from 9:00 in the morning until 12 noon .
