MDKLAD FOR PALESTINIANS Call for Tender in Sealed Envelope Tender for Purchasing Medical Equipment for Gaza Strip Hospitals Med Global - Meeting the Urgent Health Needs of Vulnerable Groups
Tender no . 2021-013 Medical Aid for Palestinians ( MAP ) calls for a tender to supply medical equipment to the Gaza Strip hospitals . Therefore , the specialized companies wishing to participate in this tender can obtain the Tender Documents from MAP office in Gaza City , 6th floor - Dream ( 1 ) Building , Haboush Street branching from Alshohada'a Street , starting from 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday
11/8/2021 from Gaza office until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday 19/8/2021 accord ing to the following conditions :
Applicant company must have a valid commercial registration certificate and attach an evidence of that with the tender documents .
Prices shall be in US dollars based on a zero VAT invoice . • Prices must be inclusive of everything in addition to shipping , inspection
and delivery costs to the Ministry of Health warehouses in Gaza Prices must be valid for at least 90 days from the date of tender submis sion . A tender bond of 3 % of the tender value must be submitted in the name of MAP , either with a valid bank guarantee for a period of no less than 3 months from the date of tender submission , or a certified bank check .
Personal checks or cash are not accepted . The deadline for submitting the tenders in sealed envelopes is no later than 1:00 p.m. on Sunday 22/8/2021 at MAP office in Gaza City 6th floor - Dream ( 1 ) Building , Habbosh Street branching from Alshohada'a Street Gaza Seaport are , and no tenders shall be accepted after this date
Tender envelopes will be opened at the same time during the emergency period and according to the preventive measures followed during the COVID - 19 pandemic in the presence of MAP Procurement Department and a representative of the donor .
