إعلان صادر عن المجلس الفلسطيني للإسكان « عطاء توريد تجهيزات إلكترونية

يعلن المجلس الفلسطيني للإسكان ( وهو مؤسسة غير ربحية ، تهدف إلى تطوير قطاع الإسكان والمساهمة في حل مشاكل الإسكان التي تفاقمت نتيجة للوضع الاقتصادي والسياسي المتردي في الأراضي الفلسطينية . عن طرحه لعطاء لتوريد تجهيزات إلكترونية ، وفقا لما يلي : 1. الحصول على وثائق العطاء : يمكن للراغبين بالاشتراك الحصول على كراسة العطاء من مقر المجلس الفلسطيني للإسكان - البيرة - الشرفة - شارع سطح مرحبا - عمارة النعمان - ط ( 3 ) ، خلال أوقات الدوام الرسمي لغاية يوم ( . الخميس الموافق 2021/09/09 مقابل ( $ 50 ) دولار ثمن نسخة العطاء يتم إيداعها في البنك العربي لحساب المجلس الفلسطيني للإسكان ، حساب رقم ( 650960-510 ) کرسوم غير مستردة . 2. كفالة دخول العطاء : يلتزم المورد بتقديم وتضمين عرضه ( كفالة دخول العطاء ) سارية لمدة 90 يوما من تاريخ آخر يوم محدد لتسليم العطاء ، وهي عبارة عن « كفالة مصرفية أو شيك بنكي مصدق » بقيمة ( 500 $ - خمسمائة دولار أمريكي ) ، يتم إرجاعها للمورد بعد الترسية . 3. زيارة الموقع والاجتماع التمهيدي : يحث المجلس الفلسطيني للإسكان الجهات التي ترغب بالتقدم للعطاء ان تقوم بزيارة للموقع ، والمشاركة في الاجتماع تمهيدي للرد على الأسئلة والاستفسارات وذلك في تمام الساعة : 10:00 من يوم الاثنين » الموافق : 2021/09/13 في مقر المجلس المشار إليه في البند رقم ( 1 ) 4. تسليم العروض : يتم تسليم العروض بالظرف المغلق والمختوم والمكتوب عليه رقم العطاء واسمه مرفقا بتأمين دخول العطاء في موعد أقصاه ( الساعة الثانية عشرة والنصف ظهرا من يوم الأحد الموافق : 2021/09/19 . في مقر المجلس المشار إليه في البند رقم ( 1 ) . 5. موعد فتح العطاء : ( الساعة الواحدة من بعد ظهر يوم الأحد الموافق : 2021/09/19 ، في جلسة علنية في مقر المجلس الفلسطيني للإسكان في مقر المجلس المشار إليه في البند رقم ( 1 ) . للاستفسار ولمزيد من المعلومات يرجى الاتصال على الدائرة الإدارية في المجلس على الهواتف التالية : البيرة : 2415891-02-2 ، فاکس : 2415893-02 ، أو على البريد الإلكتروني للمجلس :

شروط عامة 1 - أجور الإعلان والنشر على من يرسو عليه العطاء على أن تدفع عند توقيع العقد . 2 - إذا وجد تعارض في المعطيات بين وثائق العطاء وإعلان الطرح في الصحف تعطى الأولوية لإعلان الطرح .

Invitation for Bids ( IFB ) Date : [ of issue of invitation ] : 26/8/2021 Contract Identification No : MOE / KFW - TVET / 2021 / 074 Supply of : Supply equipment for metal & welding workshop / tulkarm industrial secondary school The Ministry of Education ( MOE ) has received a grant of € 10M from the Federal Republic of Germany through KfW for modernizing Technical and Vocational Education . The MOE intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under the contract for : Supply equipment for metal & welding workshop / tulkarm industrial secondary school 1. Under bid No. MOE / KFW - TVET / 2021 / 074 The grants from the Federal Republic of Germany through KfW shall be exclusively applied to the financing of expenditures , with Zero Value Added Tax , i.e. ( Zero VAT ) and imported goods are exempted from Custom import duties . 2. The Ministry of Education ( MOE ) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply equipment for metal & welding workshop / tulkarm industrial secondary school 3 . for the institutions listed and included within this tender document . . 4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders for payment of a nonrefundable fee of " € 100 » per copy to be paid by only a bank transfer exclusively from the bidders account no later than ( 27/9/2021 ) ( No Cash deposit will be accepted ) to the following account and should be deposited ( RECEIVED ) at the account , Special account of the MOE -Bidding Fees no . ( 143747 ) at Quds Bank IBAN PS44ALDN04020 1437470430010002 , The bidder is responsible for the effective crediting of the fee in the project account at Quds Bank . The tender Documents can be obtained from the Ministry of Education , Procurement Department , Main Building- Second Floor , Room No 223 after 4 days from transfer . , Only the bids for whom bank transfers received and successfully deposited at the above account will be accepted and considered in the bid evaluation process upon the list provided by Quds Bank . 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information only in writing from the Procurement Department at Ministry of Education . 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before ( 09:30 AM ) of ( 4/10/2021 ) , All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 3 % of the bid price and is valid for 180 days from the last date for submission of bids . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend at the address stated in the MOE at ( 10:00 AM ) of 4/10/2021 7. The bidders should indicate the name and the bid number in the transfer . The bidder should enclose the transfer receipt within the submitted bid . 8. Wages publishing and advertising on who wins the tender and only once .
. 9. Suppliers must commitment to the sponsorship form attached to the tender and any supplier who does not comply with the attached form shall be excluded .
