Procurement of Evidence Bags The German - Palestinian Police Partnership Programme ( GPPP ) is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit ( GIZ ) on behalf of the German Federal Foreign Office ( AA ) . The main objective of the programme is to enable the Palestinian Civil Police ( PCP ) to provide citizen - oriented services based on profes sional standards and to contribute actively to security and law enforcement . GIZ is currently seeking qualified locally registered ven dors to supply evidence bags for the Police Headquarters in Ramallah . Qualified suppliers are hereby invited to submit their quo tations for the provision of the required item . Interested companies may download the inquiry docu ments starting 31.08.2021 through 18.09.2021 from our tendering website http : https://tender.gizpal.ps Quotations should be sent to the e - mail PS_Quotation @ giz.de no later than 21.09.2021- before 15:00 .
