Bidders shall request the ITB documents through the following email address : ps.procurement@nrc.no until September 30 , 2021. The ITB documents will provide all relevant information in detail including date , time and place of bid submission

Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing by October 2 , 2021. NRC will reply to bidders ' questions by October 6 , 2021 .

The submission of the ITB should be hand delivered at NRC Office at the address 24 Othman Ibn Afan street , Sheikh Jarrah , 49647 Jerusalem .
