Producing High - Quality Videos for Newcomers ' E - learning Program
Issued on : Monday , 20 November 2021 - State of Palestine 1 . The Palestine Public Finance Institute ( PPFI ) has received
funding from the Agence française de développement ( AFD ) , toward the cost of the Support to the Palestinian Public Fi nance Institute project and intends to apply part of the fund ing toward payments under the contract for Producing High Quality Videos for Newcomers ' E - learning Program .
2 .
PPFI now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Pro ducing 54 High - Quality Videos for Newcomers ' E - learning Program .
3 .
Public bidding will be conducted through a request for com petitive bids National in accordance with the provisions of Public Procurement Law No.8 of 2014 and its Implementing Regulations or and is open to all eligible bidders . The required qualifications for the successful Bidder are specified in the Bidding Documents .

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from The Palestine Public Finance Institute ( PPFI ) , office at the address given below , from Sunday to Thursday , from for 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM or , by sending an official letter on Fax : + 970 2-2416038 or Email : Info@ppfi.ps .

A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained by inter ested bidders for Free , from the address given below .
6 .
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Sun day 7 October 2021 , @ 12:00 PM , Electronic bidding will not be permitted . Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after the final date for Bid Submission .

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid - Securing Declaration according to the forms and conditions provided in the Bidding Documents .
8 .
Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders ' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on October 7 , 2021 @ 12:00 PM
