( One - Envelope Bidding Process ) Country : Palestine Name of Project : Municipal Development Program Phase III - Cycle II ( MDPIII - CII ) Contract Title : Supply and Install Electrical Solar Photovoltaic System RFB Reference No .: MDPIII - CII - 0224023-01 The Palestine Liberation Organization , for the benefit of the Palestinian National Authority ( PNA ) , has received an initial financing of 130 Million Euros from the World Bank - International Development Association ( IDA ) , Central Government , KFW , Denmark , SDC , VNG , GIZ and AFD towards the cost of the 3rd phase of the Municipal Development Program ( MDP3 ) . The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) is entrusted in the execution and supervision of the implementation of the Project and intends to apply part of the proceedings of ( SDC ) grant to eligible payments under the contract for : Supply and Install Electrical Solar Photovoltaic System Contract No : MDPIII - CII - 0224023-01 for the benefit of AL - Zababdeh Municipality . 1 . AL - Zababdeh Municipality has received financing from the SDC
toward the cost of the Municipal Development Program Phase III , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for

Bidders for the Supply and Install Electrical Solar Photovoltaic System 3 .
Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids ( RFB ) as specified
in the World Bank's " Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers ” , January 2017 ( " Procurement Regulations ” ) ,
and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations . 4 . Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from AL - Zababdeh

( 8:00 am to 02:00 pm ) at the address given below . From 14/10/2021 to 10/11/2021 . 5 . The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested
upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100 Euro .
The method of payment will be direct deposit to specified account number given below . 6 . A Pre - Bid Meeting : suppliers are invited to attend the meeting that will
be held on Tuesday 27/10/2021 at 11:00 AM , the pre - bid meeting shall
