Pre - bid meeting for Rehabilitation & Remodeling of Qalandia Health Centre & CSO will be held on Kalandia CSO and HC 25 October at 11:00 AM . For more details please refer to the tender documents . Pre - bid meeting for Reconstruction of Deir Ammar Health Center and CSO will be held on Deir Ammar Health Center 27 October at 11:00 AM . For more details please refer to the tender documents . Submission of offers to be submitted via its e - tendering system ( In - TEND ) by visiting the web address www.ungm.org . Original bank guarantee should be submitted to UNRWA Finance offices at UNRWA Field Administration Office , West Bank Field Office or / at UNRWA Area Offices at Nablus , or / at UNRWA Area Offices at Ramallah , or / at UNRWA Area Offices at Hebron . Bidders are requested to provide a bid bond / security deposit as specified in the tender document , failure to submit a bid bond will result in disqualification of the offer . The contractor should be identified by a valid classification certificate from the National Committee of contractors ' classification
