Provision of HR Management Solution for the Environment

The Government of Palestine represented by the Environment Quality Authority ( EQA ) has received financing from the Swedish International Cooperation Agency ( SIDA ) towards the cost of the program " Strengthening Palestinian Environmental Action Plan " , SIDA Contribution number 52110101 . Under the overall program goal to improve environmental governance in Palestine , EQA intends to apply part of the grant for the procurement of firm services to enhance its effectiveness under the contract titled " Provision of HR Management Solution for the Environment Quality Authority " . The required services include preparatory assessment and mapping , installation and configuration of the solution with necessary customization , testing and training , rolling out and provision of two - years technical support . Duty station will be Ramallah ( EQA main office ) and possible travel to EQA's regional offices . The EQA now invites eligible firms to submit their technical and financial proposals according to the " Request for Proposals ( RFP ) "

For further information or clarifications , bidders are invited attend the Pre - Bid Conference on Tuesday November 20 , 2021 at 10:00 hrs . At EQA's main office , first floor , meeting hall .
