Invitation to Bid in sealed envelope Announcement of bidding for the re - construction
of Roman Stone Walls ( Sanacil ) Issued by the Palestine Wildlife Society ( PWLS ) The Palestine Wildlife Society ( PWLS ) is implementing a project funded by the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund ( CEPF ) in critical areas for biodiversity in the mountains of the northern Hebron Governorate . The project is in cooperation with the Palestinian Environmental Quality Authority ( EQA ) and related institutions and aims to preserve the natural landscape and protect biodiversity . Therefore , PWLS announces a tender to build stone walls in the areas of Surif and Beit Kahil ( Wadi Al - Quf ) in the Hebron Governorate in Palestine . Bid No .: 111430 CEPF - PWLS - 0010 Classified contractors wishing to participate in this bid can receive a copy of the documents starting from the date of publishing the advertisement between 9:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m starting on Wednesday 20/10/2021 . Tenders shall pay a non - refundable sum of ( 500 shekels ) at PWLS Head Office located in Beit Sahour city . Address : Head Office , Lower Hatoum Street , Tel : + 972-2-2774750 . Bids shall be returned to the headquarters of the Palestine Wildlife Society ( PWLS ) , until no later than twelve o'clock before noon on Wednesday , 10/11/2021 . Bids will be opened on Thursday , 11/11/2021 . Terms of bid submission :
The qualified contractor should be highly experienced and efficient in the imple mentation of stone walls construction and rehabilitation projects . All prices are in US dollars .
Bidding documents are obtained from the above address . • There will be a field visit to the implementation sites on Monday 1/11/2021 , the
assembly will be in front of the Surif town municipality at 10:00 a.m . The PWLS is not obligated to accept the lowest prices and without giving rea sons . Any of the submitted offers will be rejected if they do not meet the required specifications . Prices are inclusive of value added tax . The supplier must submit an official company registration certificate attached to the bid documents . The contractor is required to present a valid source deduction certificate when submitting his tax invoices . Guarantee : A personal or bank check or a certified bank guarantee of 5 % of the bid value must be attached with the bid and shall be valid for 90 days from the date of bid opening . No bid will be considered unless the insurance is attached
