The Municipal Development and Lending Fund ( MDLF ) has received financing from the
MDTF - AF toward the cost of the Municipal Development Program Phase III , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the " Supply and
Install of IT Hardware for E - Municipality and Financial Packages - Gaza ” , 2 . The MDLF now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to the " Supply and Install of IT
Hardware for E - Municipality and Financial Packages - Gaza " . 3 . Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for
Bids ( RFB ) as specified in the World Bank's “ Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers " , January 2017 ( “ Procurement Regulations " ) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in
the Procurement Regulations . 4 . Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from MDLF / Procurement
department , Tel .: 022426610 , Fax : 022426617 , e - mail : mnatsheh@mdlf.org.ps , bidders can inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below between 8:00 AM - 3:00
PM from 02/11/2021 to 30/11/2021 . 5 . A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders
on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non - refundable fee of 100 Euro . The method of payment will be direct deposit to account
number 174434 TNB / Masyoun branch . 6 . The Bidding Documents will be available for collection at MDLF premises in Ramallah . 7 . For detailed list of the IT hardware equipment please visit the advertisements at MDLF
website at www.mdlf.org.ps. 8 . Grant is VAT included , bidders to price with VAT . 9 . Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid closing and must be accompanied by
a bid security of 3,000 Euro . The Bid Security should be valid for 118 days after the bid
submission deadline date . 10. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 noon on 02/12/2021 . Electronic
bidding shall not be permitted . Late bids will be rejected . Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders ' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address
